iPhoneWorld.ca beta tests reader / PR news / articles submissions system – post YOUR news on iPhone World!
July 16, 2009 by dennis
iPhoneWorld.ca is currently beta testing a brand new reader news submission system.
We invite readers, developers, manufacturers, and PR specialists to submit news articles via iPhone World’s article submissions form (currently in beta test) – http://mynews.iphoneworld.ca .
Upon approval by editorial staff your article will be posted directly on iPhoneWorld.ca, for all the world to see.
Below you can find a short Q&A on our new user-articles submission system.
Who can submit articles?
- Anyone. Literally. iPhone users, developers, accessories manufacturers, etc.
And PR agencies?
- Naturally! PR specialists are welcome to submit press releases. As long as they are relevant to the iPhone, they will be approved. If you’d rather contact the editorial staff instead, you can do so via our contacts form.

Which sorts of articles can be submitted?
- News, rumours, how-to’s, editorial & opinion articles, press releases, etc.
Can I put a link to my site from the article?
- Yup, that’s exactly what you’re supposed to do.
Can I include an image with my article?
- Sorry, that’s not possible at this stage.
Can I remain anonymous?
Yes; unless you provide any personal information in your text we’ll never know who you are (our system only records e-mail addresses and those don’t show up in the article).
How soon will my article link appear online?
- Approximately within 24 to 48 hours, but usually much faster.
Can I know if my article was approved or denied?
- If it’s not approved in 48 hours it was most likely denied.
How come my article was not approved?
- There could be many reasons for that, but they’re all logical.
Where do I submit, again?
Once again, the link to submit your own article / press release to iPhoneWorld.ca is http://mynews.iphoneworld.ca .
Please keep in mind that iPhoneWorld.ca has the right to edit or deny any articles submissions.
We’re also looking forward to feedback regarding this new system.
