YouTube / SMS / Phone / Visual Voicemail doesn’t work right?
If you followed one of the unlocking guides and for some reason you cannot access YouTube, or your SMS or phone doesn’t work right, while the program told you that the process was completed successfully, don’t worry, there’s probably an easy fix to the problem.
According to the original instructions included with ZiPhone, the first thing you’d do in such a situation is reset your iPhone’s settings options by doing the following:
1) Tap on Settings from the home screen.
2) Choose General
3) Choose Reset (all the way on the bottom)
4) First try “Reset Network Settings”
5) The phone will reboot. If things still aren’t working, go back and try “Reset All Settings”.

If your phone or SMS still don’t work right…
1) Tap on Settings from the home screen.
2) Choose General
3) Choose International
4) Enter your language and/or region format.
If YouTube still doesn’t work right…
1) Connect to WiFi
2) Tap on Installer icon on your screen.
3) Tap on Install
4) Tap on proper Tweaks option (according to your firmware version)
5) Install the YouTube activator.

Everything should work just fine now!
If your Visual Voicemail still don’t work right… (ONLY for those using an authorized iPhone carrier = AT&T in USA, O2 in UK, T-Mobile in Germany, Orange in France, etc….)
Launch the Phone application and click Voicemail. It will probably try to call into the voicemail phone number. If it doesn’t tap the button to make it call. Let the call complete and check your voicemail. End the call, wait a minute or two, then try visual voicemail again. You should be prompted to enter your voicemaill password and Visual Voicemail will work after that. Some have had luck by changing their password during the phone call or rebooting afterwards. Of course, Visual Voicemail ONLY works with official iPhone carriers, so if you’re using an unlocked phone with another SIM, this won’t work no matter what you do.
If this still did not fix your problems, try and post your problem on our forums, maybe someone will be able to help.
And if you still cannot find a solution, probably the only option is to restore your iPhone’s original firmware and try the procedure again.
