iToner Video Review

Product review: iToner by Ambrosia Software ($15 for full license)

I opened up my email yesterday and it in was a great suprise. I got the codes to activate iToner from Ambrosia Software. This software though, is made to be used with a Mac (sorry Windows machine owners). If you haven’t checked out their site you really should, as they have lots of great software.

So these special codes were to fully activate iToner, and let me just start off by saying “ I love simple easy programs”. Why do people need to struggle doing simple things? iToner is so simple I actually amazed myself. So what does iToner do? It gives you the ability to transfer your music into a ringtone on that device… oh what’s it called hum, Ha Yes the iPhone.

Here are downfalls I found with iToner: it costs 15 dollars, or they have a demo you can use for a couple of tries. All you have to do is start iToner before iTunes and that’s it, and just drag your music over. Now you can drag a full song over, which I like, or I’m sure you can find programs that will help you cut up a song to whichever point you want. Actually, Garage band is good for cutting up a song to the point want as a ringtone, but that’s not what this program does, this program gets your music over so easy. I really am in awe.

iToner Video Review

I know its just ringtones, and for some people maybe this is all they want and don’t want to unshackle or go through hacking to get their favorite song on the iPhone. I really think anyone who wants a ringtone on there simply and easily needs to give it a shot. Fifteen Dollars is nothing compared to if you start going through iTunes music store, and start making ringtones that you may already have. As well with the purchase you get the update forever for iToner for paying the fifteen dollars.

I’ve been using this for non stop for about two days putting songs on taking them off, and assigning to contacts back and forth, and nothing from iToner has crashed or messed up my iPhone. If Ambrosia can make a program like this so easy for the iPhone I”d love to see what they can dig into and make… Please Oh Please put me on the list I’d love to try it out!!!!!!!
