Ever heard of the saying “it’s finger lickin good”? Well Finger Pop is finger POPPING good! The game though fairly simple is quite entertaining.

The developer of the app states that, “Finger Pop is designed around the idea that an iPhone user has young children. The user can show their kids the iPhone as well as spending some time with their children without extensive planning.”  Playing Finger Pop certainly kept me entertained.

Simple pop

Finger Pop is played by first selecting the number of balloons to pop and the length of time you have to pop said balloons. Then off to the finger poppn’. When it comes to the finger popping, all you have to do is pop the balloons in order according to the legend on the screen and to do so before the clock runs out. The only one minor improvement that I would make to the game is to add some sort of identifier of which balloons were popped. But by doing that the memory part if the game is a lot easier.

Complex pop

Over all I give Finger Pop an 8/10. I really don’t see how the developer plans to improve or change this app.  I guess one thing that could be added on would be the ability to change the music or listen to my own music. Also the developer could add the option of popping balloons in different places and conditions. That is one of my biggest pet peeves is when an app doesn’t offer that option. I am excited to see what is to come in the future. With the clean graphics and ease of use this is a great app for you or for the kids.

Score:
8/10
