Roaches..ah roaches. Believed to be able to survive a nuclear explosion, but not a mere squish of the shoe..or in this case, your finger. iRoach is one of those Apps that you just have to love. It’s simple, digusting, and just plain..satisfying?

Rules are simple: squish as many cockroaches by tapping them with your finger within the 2 minute game play. Flies also appear in the game and are worth the most to kill. Scoring is as followed: Sm Roaches: 4 pts., Medium Roaches: 6 pts., Large Roaches: 14 pts. and Flies: 16 pts. Now sure it seems like a easy game, but you need to be speedy. The large cockroaches take 3 taps to kill, and they sure do move fast.

Now, you may already be thinking, “I’ll just keep tapping randomly and hope to kill ‘em.” Sadly, that won’t work. Everytime you miss a bug, a little red (-2) appears and you lose 2 points off your score. Game ends when the 2 minutes is up and your score can be uploaded to the Online High Score table.
So let’s wrap this game up. iRoach is a fun game. This game is easy and would entertain anyone from babies to your grandparents. iRoach features amazingly realistic graphics and sounds, that when squished, you can see the roaches innards (stomach and all!)

8.5/10
