One thing that can really help organize your desk is an stand for you iPhone. You can semi-hide your docking cable behind it and lift your iPhone up and out of the way. It’s simple and yet convenient, even raising your iPhone up so you can see the screen at a better angle. There’s a few different options when looking for stands, but after using the H1-Touch, I’d almost say there’s no need to look any further!

There are a few things to look for in a stand. First of all, it should hold the device firmly, without risk of having it fall out. Secondly, it should be able to pivot and rotate, letting the user change viewing angle if so desired. Last but certainly not least, it should look half decent and not be an eyesore sitting on a desk. The H1-Touch excels in all of these areas.
The look of the stand is perhaps the most important thing in many people’s eyes. This stand body is made of shiny aluminum and has a very nice, polished look and feel to it. There is a rubber pad on the bottom as well which means it’s not going to slide anywhere. It has a black rubbery square which the iPhone rests up against and it goes well with the aluminum.

The way the stand holds the iPhone is quite ingenious. There are 6 arms that are interconnected and move as one unit, expanding and contracting. This makes it possible to use with any number of handheld devices even though it is meant for the iPhone. Each arm has a rubber tip on it that helps to grip the iPhone. the black rubbery plate is actually magnetic and pretty much keeps the iPhone stuck to it even without the arms. Combining the magnetic plate with the arms around it and you have a very secure holder.

The stand can rotate 360 degrees as well as pivot up and down, giving you many different viewing possibilities. There is also a slot down the center that you can thread the docking cable through to charge/sync while in the stand.

This is the best stand I’ve seen and at $55 is similarly priced with its competitors. If you need a solid stand that looks great, the H1-Touch is the answer. I really can’t find anything I don’t like about it!
