iPhone Games on iTunes soon?
August 12, 2007 by dennis
Earlier this year we reported that Apple was in talks with game publisher Electronic Arts (which has a number of games for the iPod available through Apple’s iTunes Store) about bringing some games over to the iPhone. Now the nosy chaps from Download Squad found an apparent confirmation that iTunes is gearing up to offer iPhone games.
While digging around in iTunes’ localisation strings they found two specific references to games and iPhone:
/* ===== iPhone Game Item Strings ===== */
“4329.001″ = “Are you sure you want to remove the selected game from your iPhone?”;
“4329.002″ = “Are you sure you want to remove the selected games from your iPhone?”;

So when will iPhone games arrive in iTunes store? Our guess is soon.
