What’s Meebo? Meebo is a web interface that supports many popular instant messengers, such as MSN, AIM, Yahoo, Icq, GoogleTalk and Jabber, and is localized for a lot of different languages. And now Meebo offers an iPhone optimized page as well.
As it is customary with Meebo, no download is required; you get chat history for all your buddies and their buddy icons, and your IM accounts are all in one place, etc. Wrote Meebo’s developers:
For the iPhone users, we wanted to make sure that meebo works nicely on WiFi or EDGE – the faster load times helps for sure, but the new “smart” buddy list moves active conversations to the top of the buddy list so you can preview messages before opening a conversation. It also alphabetizes your buddies so they’re easy to find.
