Apple iPhone WebApps
October 12, 2007 by dennis
Our sister site iPod Touch World reports that Apple now released the WebApps catalog for Apple iPhone and iPod Touch.
The Apple WebApps catalog is available at www.apple.com/webapps, and overall it’s just a collection of links to iPhone/iPod Touch optimized Safari web programs that make use of the devices’ screen size, touchscreen features, and internet connectivity (even if something more was originally expected).

But while similar sites do exist (see our own iPhone Programs and iPhone Games sections), this is a welcome sight, as this is the first time that Apple is giving a hand to (authorized) third party program developers.
