Even though UK’s Mobile Industry Crime Action Forum is worried about regular iPhones, quite a lot of companies produce gold and diamonds encrusted iPhones.
So it’s no wonder that we bring you the following actual police records log, courtesy of The Monterey County Herald.
11/13/07 Citizen reports unknown to have stolen his silver iPhone from his office while in the interview room in the 2500 block of Garden.

This writer must add that on his first day in Paris, France (around 7 days before iPhone’s official launch there), an overeager to get an iPhone young beurre in his 20’s tried to grab the iPhone and run. Strong grip on the iPhone and a punch in the face persuaded him to leave empty handed, though. Protect your iPhones with your lives folks, even if they’re not made of silver!
