One Dollar iPhones Go Global (video)!

It seems that our recent “One Dollar iPhones in Canada” article generated some buzz online. In addition to being featured on such sites as Engadget and Wired, it actually prompted a YouTube user to create a fan video, posted below, that already generated over 20,000 views.
As a reminder: our “One Dollar iPhones” story covered some cheap $1 headphones we’ve discovered in a local Dollarama store in Montreal, Canada — conveniently named iPhones (that according to some of our readers were in local stores for years now – potentially creating another trademark problem for Apple). These headphones were made by a little known company called Electra, which you’ve probably never ever heard of.
