PSX4iPhone: iPhone Playstation Emulator!

While NES emulators allowing one to play classic Nintendo Entertainment System (iPhone NES emulator #1, iPhone NES emulator #2) and Nintendo Gameboy (iPhone Gameboy emulator) games were already released for the iPhone, this list really does seem to be incomplete.
But all this is about to change soon, as a coder by the name of zodttd is currently working on an emulator of the original Sony Playstation for the iPhone.
According to the author, once done, the Playstation emulator will support both the Apple iPhone and Apple iPod Touch. And while no downloadable version exists as of now, the PSX iPhone emulator is about to enter beta stage soon, at which stage all those that have donated to the author will receive the beta version.
The final features of PSX4iPhone as promised by its author will include:
The screen scaling and screen placement will be drastically improved over the above images. Memory card support will work, and save states might work. Sound will be implemented as well. The interface/gui will be very similar to gpSPhone’s just with 4 hard buttons instead of just A+B, and L2 and R2 buttons. A rough estimate would be about 75% of games will be compatible. With such a large library of games, this may or may not include your favorite game. Performance will have to be increased about 25% to get a good portion of games running smoothly. This can be done.
