Apple’s missing iPhones found in Orange store in Barcelona

In an unusual twist that might provide another explanation as to why Apple is missing over a million iPhones, some of the said iPhones were spotted at an Orange store in Barcelona.
And although Orange is the official French iPhone distributor, it’s an unusual situation since as of now no official carrier of choice was announced by Apple for Spain.
Additionally, previous reports indicated that another carrier, Telefonica is the front runner for iPhone’s distribution rights in Spain.
The Barcelona Orange store in question sells the iPhones for 499€, furthermore requiring a contract.
While this is only one store in Spain (that we have photos of), one does wonder how many iPhones are being sold through similar grey market import schemes by so called official distributors - last year we’ve already reported on a major Russian mobile phones distributor Svyaz’-Telecom selling iPhones in Russia.
