Orange Testing 3G iPhone v2.0 with GPS in France?
April 17, 2008 by dennis
According to more of completely unconfirmed reports, this time originating from France, French iPhone distributor Orange might be already testing the 3G capability-enabled iPhone v2.0.
In these news, being added to our rumours bin, according to a French site Generation MP3’s “secret source” the 3G iPhone v2.0 is already being tested on Orange’s network, and it actually has — wait for it — GPS capabilities (for comparison you can read our April Fool’s Day satire article).

While it gets tiring for us to report on unsubstantiated rumours, unfortunately Apple doesn’t make things easy for the reporters, with complete official 3G iPhone information communications darkness, with everyone wondering which rumour might be true after all until the next “Oh, and one more thing” Steve Jobs moment.
