AT&T iPhone plan for the hearing impaired

AT&T has made a special plan for the people who are hearing impaired. The Text Accessibility plan includes unlimited SMS messages and data usage, $0.40 per minute pay-per-use voice, and visual voicemail. It will cost you only $40 per month.
