iPhone 3G and Edge speed comparison

One iPhone user has posted a video demonstrating a comparison between 2.5G iPhone Edge and 3G iPhone HSDPA connections.

Since 3G iPhone is not yet out, however he device a method, where he connected iMac to HSDPA modem, and used Wi-Fi through it.

The page loading with 3G took 16 seconds, while on Edge another 14 seconds.

    Same page on my 3G HTC Mogul took 3 seconds. FTW!

    i don’t understand what this proves no 3g or 3g the iphone is still a very good phone i dont mind a wait time of 14 seconds more, like i cant really do something major with 14 seconds but i guess this test was cool
