Apple settles iPhone touchscreen lawsuit

Apple settled a patent-infringement lawsuit related to the iPhone’s touchscreen keyboard that was filed by SP Technologies LLC last year for an undisclosed amount of money, reports Bloomberg.
Under the agreement the financial terms were not disclosed; Susan Lundgren, spokeswoman for Cupertino, California-based Apple had no comment. SP lawyer T. John Ward Jr. did not comment either. The lawsuit was dismissed.
