Plank: accelerometer controlled iPhone game

Playing with the iPhone’s accelerometer is fun, but it’s even more fun to play games with it. That’s where Plank, a newly released game for the iPhone from publisher Freeverse and developer Strange Flavour, comes in.
Plank is a surprisingly good looking puzzle/logic game, in which you tilt your iPhone in order to catch coloured marbles and match them. The idea is simple: three or more marbles of the same kind located next to each other give you points, while the marbles disappear. If the plank has too many marbles, it will collapse and you will lose.
While at first sight the game’s description might sound simplistic, there are numerous powerups and specials available that complicate gameplay and make it more unpredictable, while the game difficulty gradually increases. Plank has three game difficulty modes to choose from.

You can see a video demonstration of Plank below or on YouTube.
Plank retails for $1.99 through the AppStore.
