YESSIM: iPhone 3G hardware unlocker

Since as of now the iPhone 3G cannot be unlocked with software methods (even if the iPhone Dev team is getting closer to achieving that) the only way to unlock the iPhone 3G is using a hardware unlocker.
YESSIM is one of such solutions, it attaches to your original SIM card and tricks your iPhone into thinking that it is using the original SIM card that was provided by your mobile carrier.
The installation is a breeze as you can see from the video below, and this method actually works.
