AT&T reopens free iPhone WiFi access to iPhone owners

Earlier this year American iPhone carrier AT&T stated its plans to offer free WiFi to iPhone owners.
This was followed by a rather bizarre chain of events: AT&T did offer the free WiFi access for a bit before canceling it without any advance warnings. In fact, it did that two times in a row before putting this offer on hold.
But now it appears that free AT&T WiFi for iPhone owners is back for good. A message posted on AT&T’s website states that free internet connection is now available at AT&T’s 17,000 WiFi hotspots in the USA.

It would’ve been nice if mobile carriers in other countries were to follow AT&T’s lead….
