ProcessOne launches TeamOne instant messenger for the iPhone
November 5, 2008 by James
A new instant messenger was launched for the iPhone by a company called ProcessOne. TeamOne, their IM app for the iPhone is meant mostly for corporate customers.
Out of the box, it allows you to use your Jabber / XMPP accounts. The implementation of XMPP standard means that corporate system administrators can monitor and report on IM usage. Additionally, with a server side gateway (if your server supports it), users are able to use AIM/MobileME, ICQ, MSN, and GoogleTalk.
The interface is clean and streamlined. TeamOne works over WiFi, as well as 3G and Edge connections. The application uses your existing data plan if used over mobile internet, as such there are no per-message charges.

The price for ProcessOne is $5.99, you can get it from the AppStore.
