Self propelled robotic iPhone from Japan: video!

The Japanese are well known for their love for all things robotic. That’s why it’s not particularly surprising that one Japanese iPhone owner with some spare time and a lot of spare parts on his hands has managed to turn his iPhone into a self-propelled robotic device.
This robotic iPhone was made using Arduino CPU board and development environment, coupled with a TA7291P motor. Everything is powered with 4xAA batteries.
The software was of course custom written, and the iPhone is jailbreaked.

Below you can see a demonstration video of this creepy looking device in action.
Clarification to reader’s question: the motorized iPhone is being controlled via WiFi from a remote computer.
