Quickoffice MobileFiles Pro brings Excel sheets editing to the iPhone
January 6, 2009 by James
Quickoffice has released their office suite app MobileFiles Pro today, allowing iPhone users to view most common file format types including images, media files, Microsoft Office, iWork, PDF and many others. Most importantly, MobileFiles Pro allows users to edit Microsoft Office Excel files in the .xls format.
MobileFiles Pro has extensive .xls editing features including support for over 125 functions, robust format options ranging from font style and cell color choice to inserting and resizing rows and columns. Users can easily switch between sheets in a workbook, revise inputs and recalculate and undo / redo changes.
Users are able to manage their files just as they would on their desktop with an easy to use, enhanced file manager. One can create folders to keep all digital files organized and share any file from the iPhone with others by easily transferring files to or from any local desktop via WiFi.

MobileFiles Pro also provides remote access to MobileMe iDisk files, synchronizes changes and uploads new files to iDisk and provides local passcode protection of the entire application, ensuring all account information and data is secure.
Full version of the program retails for $9.99 through the AppStore, while a free but features-limited version is also available.
