Boingo now offers worldwide unlimited iPhone WiFi access for $7.95/month
January 9, 2009 by James
Boingo, a global provider of WiFi internet access, has announced its new unlimited monthly Boingo Mobile WiFi plan: now customers can get unlimited WiFi access to some 108,000 WiFi spots all over the world from Boingo and its partners for only $7.95 a month — without additional per minute or per megabyte charges — which is a really great deal.
Apart of being available in 76 international airports (such as JFK and Heathrow), Boingo has 25,000 WiFi locations across the USA, 1,400 locations in Canada, and over 10,000 hotspots in Moscow, Russia alone. Apart of gaining access in McDonalds and Starbucks locations, users will be able to access WiFi from AT&T, Wayport, iBahn, T-Mobile, BT Openzone, Orange France, Livedoor, Singtel, Telmex, Pronto, HubTelecom, Vex, Attingo, Bell Mobility, Net Near U, StayOnline, Kubi Wireless, Telenet, Internet Solutions, and many other providers.

You can use your iPhone and many other types of mobile phones to connect to these WiFi hotspots. And there is even a special Boingo iPhone app that helps you identify Boingo WiFi locations and automatically connect to them. You can grab it from the AppStore, while it is possible to sign up for Boingo’s new unlimited mobile WiFi plan from the company’s website.
