iPhone 3GS video capturing feature: looking good

One of the new features in the new iPhone 3GS that is coming out today, is its camera’s video capturing feature (which was sorely lacking in both the original iPhone and the iPhone 3G).
To be specific, Apple stated that the iPhone 3GS is capable of recording 30-fps VGA videos with widescreen support and ability to edit and send them directly from the device… But how good will these videos actually look?
Well, thanks to a YouTube user from Zurich, Switzerland, who somehow got his hands on an iPhone 3GS a bit ahead of time, we now know that it looks quite good.
He captured a two and a half minute long video with his iPhone 3GS, in 640×480 resolution (around 25MB/minute). You can see the results on YouTube, and they’re actually rather impressive for a cell phone camera.
