Rogers / Fido iPhone tethering promotion extended to 2010 in Canada

The iPhone dataplan tethering promotion that Rogers and Fido offered for free to all Canadians customers that have a dataplan allocation over 1GB since the iPhone 3GS was launched (and which was due to expire next month – link), was extended until Monday, May 3, 2010.

As such, being a Rogers / Fido subscriber with dataplan allocation of over 1GB data per month you can use your iPhone as a high-speed internet modem for your PC/Mac based desktop/laptop computer for another 5 months.
