iPhone World testing iNews Aggregator (Apple, iPhone, iTouch, iPad news) (beta!)
March 15, 2010 by dennis
iPhoneWorld.ca has launched a new beta service, dubbed the iNews Aggregator.
As the name hints, this service provides relevant news headlines and links to stories from leading online publications, covering a variety of topics related to Apple, iPhone, iTouch, iPad and Mac.

There’s a number of advantages to using iPhone World’s iNews Aggregator over Google News and other similar services. Namely:
- iNews Aggregator employs sophisticated technology to filter through only highly relevant news to start with. If it’s not iNews, it’s not listed in iNews Aggregator!
- iNews Aggregator offers easy sections targeting, so with a click of a mouse (or a tap of your screen) you can easily browse latest news about iPhone apps, iPad in Canada, Apple in general, or see today’s most popular topics.
- iNews Aggregator offers full RSS feeds for over 39 popular Apple, iPhone, iTouch or iPad related topics, so you can stay on top of things using your RSS reader.
- iNews Aggregator currently lists close to 100 major news and i/Apple industry sources and is currently working on adding more of them to the roster.
- iNews Aggregator is automatically updated every 5 minutes, every hour, every day of the week. So if you are a news addict, even in the middle of the night you will have new news to sift through.
- iNews Aggregator offers a full-featured search facility, allowing you to search our entire news archive.
If the introduction wasn’t convincing enough, you can just point your browser over to news.iphoneworld.ca and check out the iNews Aggregator yourself.
