Fake Verizon 4G LTE iPhone photo surfaces

November 6, 2010 by Brian

A new and very very fake photo of a supposed Verizon iPhone running on a 4G LTE network just surfaced.

The photo, which shows a fairly regular looking iPhone 4 (although some people insist that it has a slightly darker colour than usual, which sounds like bollocks to us) even has a text saying “Verizon LTE” at the top of the screen where the carrier’s name is usually displayed, thus suggesting that it could be the long awaited 4G LTE model of the Verizon Phone.

But keeping in mind that anyone can change the carrier’s name on a jailbreaked iPhone and that the iPhone in question looks like any other iPhone 4 to us…

Basically this is without a doubt a fake, and not even a good one. So move along folks, there’s nothing to see here.
