greenpois0n iPhone / iPad / iTouch iOS 4.1 jailbreak source code available to download
November 8, 2010 by Brian
As the Chronic Dev Team’s iPhone hacker p0sixninja said they would in our interview with him, the Chronic Dev Team posted the updated source code of greenpois0n, their jailbreak solution for iOS 4.1 iPhone, iPad and iTouch devices.
Specifically interesting is the source for one of greenpois0n’s components, called syringe, which the Chronic Dev Team classify as an iDevice Exploit Injector.
What is syringe?
Syringe is the “Injector” module from GreenPois0n. It’s used for sending exploits to the device and booting the device out of recovery mode, and into a jailbroken state, whether to a ramdisk or to the main filesystem.

greenpoison’s code is open sourced and it is licensed under GNU. It’s frequently updated and is available to download from Chronic Dev Team’s github.
