Sexy Apple lawsuit: the Danish want naked girls on their iPhones!

In one of the sexiest Apple lawsuits ever, the company is now reportedly getting sued by a Danish newspaper Ekstra Bladet, over Apple’s refusal to allow uncensored page 9 of the newspaper into its iPhone / iPad news app.
What’s so wrong with page 9 of Ekstra Bladet you may ask? You see, for the last 35 years the newspaper was publishing photos of sometimes naked girls on page number 9. Everyone loves it. And here comes Apple with its morals and censorship (in fact the publisher called Apple “American nanny”).
Ekstra Bladet’s publisher is not happy about it and says that their Danish readers want the naked girls back. And they’re willing to go to the European Commission to prove their right to print naked girls in their newspaper app without Apple’s censorship.
It’ll be interesting to see how this will turn out. Stock up on popcorn and stay tuned for updates.
